Since 1996, LIST has been providing Strategic Consulting Services, Technology Assessment, Lifecycle Software Development, and Operations Management for our customers. Starting in 1996, LIST initially offered Y2K planning and transition services, resulting in $1 million of revenue in our first year of business. In 2000, LIST established our GSA Schedule 70 and began managing federal government contracts as a Prime Contractor. Since 2001, the company has experienced an average compounded annual growth rate (CAGR) of 20%.

Application Development

LIST provides full lifecycle engineering and application development support to help business organizations realize cost efficient and enterprise business process improvement. Utilizing the best of emerging technologies with valuable components of legacy systems and current infrastructure, we analyze, design, develop, migrate, integrate, and deliver secure and reliable solutions. LIST helps our customer’s envision, gather, and manage business requirements and knowledge and apply best practices (through our CMMI L2 processes), tools, and technologies to transform their business.

Strategic Consulting

LIST provides strategic consulting and Project Management services to help customer improve enterprise performance through the alignment of people, processes, and technologies. From concept formulation through implementation and support, LIST utilizes a mature project framework based on industry best practices such as CMMi, LEAN Six Sigma, and ITIL that allows our clients to visualize, implement, and manage business process improvement through innovative solutions.

Operations Management

LIST provides systems operations, maintenance, enhancements, and optimization to ensure customer’s mission critical systems are continually support their mission goals. We provide database and systems administration, configuration management, and knowledge transfer for a wide range of technical environments to ensure ongoing system availability, maximum usability and optimum performance.

Technology Assessment, Feasibility & Validation

LIST helps our customers assess, prototype, and select technologies, tools, and applications which best meet their business and technology needs and provide the highest return on their investment. We provide a systematic and objective analysis and assessment, recommendation, testing and validation of infrastructure and technologies, including systems and technology impact analysis, vulnerability analysis and risk assessment; accreditation and assurance planning; and evaluation, compliance and test planning.
