LIST awarded prime contract with the USAID

Herndon, VA– List Innovative Solutions (LIST) has been awarded a prime contract with the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) to provide a Commercial off the Shelf (COTS) case management system to automate the completion and processing of personnel security background investigations. With delegated authority to conduct background investigations, USAID will use this COTS solution to manage cases, complete investigations, and interface with external record providers to further automate the background investigation process.

LIST has been working with our partner Micropact for several years to customize their entellitrak COTS system to serve as a comprehensive case management solution for personnel security offices. By leveraging our experience with the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Federal Investigative Services and our work with other personnel security organizations, we have built a flexible solution that supports the majority of personnel security processes out of the box and takes full advantage of all available data sources to increase automation.

LIST’s strategic planning process strives to incorporate input from all elements of the business so every voice is heard. Off sites are periodically conducted to ensure that the goals established during the planning process are being achieved and modified as necessary to deal with market conditions. For LIST, the process is relatively simple and results in a handful of goals that are clearly stated, able to be measured, and are embraced by the company since they had a voice in creating them. LIST Awarded new Personnel Security Clearance Background Investigation entellitrak work

Herndon, VA – LIST has been awarded two separate Prime contracts from the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) and the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC), to provide a Personnel Security Clearance case management system to automate the work required for agencies to conduct and adjudicate background investigations.

LIST has been working with our partner MicroPact, Inc. for several years to incorporate the business knowledge gained through LIST’s support of Personnel Security Offices to help agencies automate business processes associated with the clearance process.

Herndon, VA – List Innovative Solutions, Inc. was recently awarded a five-year, GSA Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to provide application development and systems administration services for OPM’s EPIC modernization program. This BPA contains option years that, if fully exercised will result in 7 million dollars of additional revenue to LIST. Additionally, LIST was awarded the first task order under the contract to provide Java, IBM MBroker, and business rules engine development support. “We are pleased to continue our partnership with OPM and support one of the agencies most critical modernization programs”, say Katie Sleep, LIST President/CEO.

For the past two years, PwC and LIST have successfully collaborated on contracts with the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) and the United States Secret Service (USSS) and are excited about the opportunity to further develop win-win solutions to support DHS while strengthening the Nation’s economy. The DHS mentor-protégé program is designed to motivate and encourage large business prime contractors to provide mutually beneficial developmental assistance to small business concerns. Our Daily Bread is a volunteer-based organization focused on easing the plight of low-income residents in Fairfax County and relies upon corporate donations and charity to support people in need. All proceeds from the event will benefit Our Daily Bread’s food, financial assistance and financial education programs for working families throughout the Fairfax County area of Virginia.
