Katherine (Katie) Sleep
Chief Executive Officer

Katherine (Katie) Sleep founded List Innovative Solutions in 1996 and leads the visionary growth of the firm. Ms. Sleep’s leadership has developed an environment committed to integrity, respect, responsiveness, technical innovation and excellence, and employee and client satisfaction.

As President, Ms. Sleep manages the growth of List and leads the business development, marketing and financial leadership of the firm. Prior to founding List, Ms. Sleep spent 20 years in various technical, management and marketing roles within the Information Technology industry, leading technical and managerial initiatives for both large and start-up firms.

Ms. Sleep is energetic and driven and is active in a number of community associations and philanthropic causes. She is a member of the Women’s Executive Forum for the Fairfax Chamber of Commerce and Industry Advisory Council (IAC) and is a coach and corporate sponsor for The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society’s Team in Training athletes.

Ms. Sleep holds a B.S. in Quantitative Business Analysis with an emphasis on Computer Science, Management and Administration from Indiana University.

Paul Wilkinson, PMP
Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Wilkinson, LIST’s Chief Operating Officer, provides day to day operations leadership for Business Development, Human Resource Management, and Project Operations. In addition, Mr. Wilkinson provides strategic planning guidance to help List determine new markets, services, and solutions to position List for continued growth and profitability.

Prior to joining List, Mr. Wilkinson served as a Business Program Manager and Senior Principal for SRA International leading a $43 million civilian sector business program responsible for providing the full range of information technology services and solutions for the US Environmental Protection Agency, Department of Interior, Department of Energy, Office of Personnel Management, Department of Commerce, Nuclear Regulatory Commission, and Federal Energy Regulatory Commission.

Mr. Wilkinson has a diverse management background developing and leading professional service organizations in the public and private sector. He has proven himself to be an effective leader with expertise in capture management, business development, strategic planning, improving efficiency of operations, team building, organizational development, financial expertise, product management, and technology integration.

Mr. Wilkinson holds a B.S. in Finance from George Mason University and is a Certified Project Management Institute, Project Management Professional (PMP).

Sheri Neely, PMP
Vice President of Operations

Ms. Neely, LIST’s Vice President of Operations, is responsible for supporting the COO, Paul Wilkinson, in day to day operations leadership for the company. Specifically, Ms. Neely is focused on maturing LIST’s operational processes to meet the demands of the company as it continues to grow.

Prior to joining LIST, Ms. Neely served as Vice President and Deputy Business Unit Director at SRA International, supporting federal civilian agencies including the United States Department of Agriculture, the Forest Service, the Environmental Protection Agency, and the Office of Personnel Management. Ms. Neely is brings 20 years of professional experience; the last 15 years focused on technology leadership, software development, and strategic information technology consulting. Ms. Neely had led diverse teams that provide IT solutions including IT Strategic Planning, Applications Development, Web Services, Infrastructure Management, Managed Services, Software Testing, Configuration Management, IV&V, Records Management, Information Architecture, and Management Consulting. She has specialized knowledge applying user-centered design principals, focused on change management and the implementation of new technologies into established user populations.

Ms. Neely holds a Bachelor of Arts from California State University at Long Beach and has been a Certified Project Management Institute Project Management Professional since 2005.

Keith Hoback
Vice President, Human Capital Technology Solutions Group

Keith Hoback has been an integral part of the List Team since the company’s inception in 1996. As Vice President for the Human Capital and Technology Solutions, Keith directs LIST’s Human Capital group by providing technology solutions that support the full lifecycle of human resource management. Mr. Hoback specializes in project management, systems analysis, software design and development. His diverse technical skills equip Mr. Hoback with the ability to oversee technical project management, software analysis, requirements gathering and management, software development, implementation support, and testing and quality assurance for the company. Mr. Hoback’s range of technical skills include: CICS, VM/CMS, TSO, COM-PLETE, VAX/VMS, HP Unix, Visual Basic 5.0, Microsoft Access, Natural for Windows, Natural, ADABAS, C, Natural Construct, Natural New Dimension, Natural Architect, Natural Engineering Workbench, Natural Connection, PREDICT, ADABAS SQL, JAVA, XML, and COBOL.
