LIST’s strategic planning process strives to incorporate input from all elements of the business so every voice is heard. Off sites are periodically conducted to ensure that the goals established during the planning process are being achieved and modified as necessary to deal with market conditions. For LIST, the process is relatively simple and results in a handful of goals that are clearly stated, able to be measured, and are embraced by the company since they had a voice in creating them. The process occurs frequently throughout the year to deal with growth and expansion.
